What’s changed?
Re-signing updated SLA’s
When you update your SLA, your current drivers will receive an email and a push notification (as long as they are enabled) that will inform them that they will need to sign an updated version that replaces the previous version. After the update, all new drivers will see the most recent version meaning you can keep all of your drivers on the most recent SLA, maximising your compliance. You will also be able to see all SLA’s that have been signed.
New POC user status.
We’re also pleased to announce that we have introduced a new type of user called POC. POC’s can be configured to only manage and focus their attention on drivers that are relevant to them & their depots.
