I’m a homebody with two rag dolls called Perry and Delilah with my amazing partner Attie!
Recently we’ve been getting into playing dnd with our mates, Balders gate and lots of DIY.
What is your role at Wise?
Lead QA Engineer
What does that involve?
Taking care of and upholding the high quality standards at Wise through manual and automated testing.
What do you enjoy most about working here, and what motivated you to excel in your role?
I enjoy the freedom and the trust to do the best thing for the business whilst still remaining challenged. The engaging atmosphere and constant feedback cycles from the rest of the QA team and elsewhere really help us to deliver the best experience for our customers.
I am also blessed with a great, incredibly detail oriented team and I feel we’ve developed a great dynamic.
What’s the culture like at Wise?
Wise has an incredibly friendly atmosphere where we all push each other to do our best. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive with great camaraderie among colleagues.
What’s your favourite memory since working at Wise?
During the social: The recent karaoke night
At work: Delivering deductions, multilingual support, Beamin commercial changes in one release. It was one of the largest releases Wise has had and incredibly satisfying getting it all in customers hands.
