With certification awarded by Great Place To Work™, the leading workplace accreditation body, We are incredibly proud to have been listed as one of the UK’s best tech employers in recognition of our outstanding commitment to a positive culture and work environment.
Awarded on Wednesday 28th September, we were listed amongst some of the country’s most well-known and well-respected technology brands. This accreditation comes off the back of a rigorous culture audit and anonymous staff satisfaction survey covering every aspect of employee life at Wise.
After an agonising few weeks waiting to receive the results, we were delighted to have scored an overall 91% for staff satisfaction, with our highest scoring areas covering: atmosphere, diversity and inclusion and teamwork.
