What’s new?
Add notes to invoices
Due to popular demand, we have now introduced the capability to add notes to driver invoices. Once you have uploaded your pay run, you can now add notes to drivers’ payments that they will be able to see in their invoices. This update will help you provide more context if there are any more details specific to a certain payment that you need to make your drivers aware of.
Add Customisable Evidence
We can now add any piece of evidence you require from your drivers to the onboarding journey in the Wise app. This means you can tailor the evidence collection for drivers, whether you need to collect drivers’ mother’s maiden name or their proof of address – the system is 100% flexible! There are also no limits to the number of documents the system can hold.

Approving Evidence has moved!
Approving evidences has moved! Following the recent successful launch of our customisable evidence feature, the area for approving driver evidence has moved to the engagement tab (see screenshot below). The process for approving these documents remains unchanged.

Expiring Notifications Update (Coming soon)
We are currently working on a new update that will notify you when a driver’s document is due to expire and allow drivers to re-upload evidence for approval via the Wise app.
With this update, document collection and management changes from being an onboarding task to an ongoing management task that is better suited under the engagement tab, allowing you to keep a record of previous documents.
