Another update to the Wise Platform – small but mighty!
When you view your inactive drivers list, you can now hover over the reason “offboarded” to see which user offboarded the driver. Upon hovering, the name of the internal user responsible will be displayed. If the offboarding was done by Wise, the name will display as “Wise.”
Please note, for demonstration purposes, three scenarios have been provided in the screenshot above to illustrate all three outcomes you may see. You will only be able to hover over one user at a time.
This change took effect at 3pm on Friday 31st of May. Any drivers who were offboarded before this time, you will see dashes on hover, as this information was not recorded previously.
