Bit about you
Originally from Bolton, I have lived in the Midlands for 7 years and my background is all things performing arts, some (most) people would say I am a drama queen!
I love getting to know new people and try not to take life too seriously. I will also do anything for a meat and potato pasty (they are none existent in the Midlands!)

Client Services Manager
What does that involve?
Being an expert in the products and services we offer to clients whilst working with the customer support and field sales teams to ensure all levels of client interactions are managed to an industry best-in-class level. I also provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to ensure client needs are addressed and expectations exceeded!
What do you enjoy most about working here, and what motivated you to excel in your role?
I love the freedom I have to organise my diary and the opportunity to give ideas back to the product team, whether they are from myself or our customers – it is really exciting when we see those ideas come to life.
What’s the culture like at Wise?
The culture is why I love working at Wise. I feel I am able to be myself and can approach anyone in the team, everyone is willing to help/advise/listen.
What’s your favourite memory since working at Wise?
Attending our Wise events where I get to socialise with all of our lovely clients and eat great food!
