It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment with a NHS GP, especially during the winter months and the flu/Covid season. From now on, there’s no need to wait for same/next day, 24/7 phone and video appointments with GPs available for you and your immediate family.
So, in the unfortunate event that you or a family member falls ill, you can book an online or phone appointment with one of our GPs at a time that suits you best.. This includes if you’re overseas and on holiday.

How to redeem:
It takes just a couple of minutes to book an online GP appointment:
- In the Wise app, head to the ‘benefits’ tab
- Click this and it will take you to a third party site in your browser, where you will need to register.
- Once registered you will be sent an email with your access code and invitation to download the 360 wellbeing app.
- Open your Wise app and click on the Digital GP tile
- Click on the Online Appointment button
- Create an account with Health Hero (if you haven’t already done so)
Once you’ve followed these simple steps, you can book a GP appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. You only need to register once, every other time you can head directly to the 360 wellbeing app.
