Welcome to our latest system update blog, where we are thrilled to discuss the latest enhancements to the Wise portal and app.
Driver app update
Now on the Wise app, we display more than just your drivers 10 invoices, selection of the ‘show more’ button will expand to show 5 more invoices per selection.
We’ve noticed that there appears to be a pattern for those who are using our payment technology that you can accidentally choose the wrong payment week, this could potentially be because by default users land on the current week and we know most of our clients pay in arrears.
To resolve this issue and try to make users confident with the week they are selecting, we have updated the calendar.
Please see the video and steps below on the new process.
- If you have multiple depots, select the correct one
- You will then be prompted to select the week you want to pay for
- A calendar pop-up will appear
- Pick the year from the drop-down menu
- Choose the specific week you wish to pay for
- Once you have selected the week it will take you to that week’s pay run
