This week, we have made changes to the layout of the dashboard and the knowledge centre to make the system more user friendly.
What’s Changed
Streamlining the Dashboard
We have re-ordered the featured stats, giving you the most important information.
You may also have noticed that active drivers, onboarding drivers and inactive driver tiles are now clickable, taking you directly to these tabs in the drivers’ section, enabling you to manage them more efficiently.
Streamlining the Knowledge Centre
If you have any questions about using the Wise system, you can now find answers much more easily thanks to the new categories we have added to the knowledge centre. Now, you can navigate to and from other related questions, and watch our new full-on end to end system demo video to help you to make the most of everything the system has to offer.

New External ID Number
We understand that some of you will already have systems for managing your drivers. Therefore, we have added a new driver ID field to the form where you invite them to join the Wise system. This will then be visible on their profile making your life just that little bit easier.
