I’ve always had a fascination with people and what drives them! Outside of work I love to travel whenever I can, work on house renovations and spend time with my little boy and husband.

Making sure that our employee experience is industry leading – because when people are engaged, motivated and learning they will be performing to the best of their ability at work!
What do you enjoy most about working here, and what motivated you to excel in your role?
I love the people at Wise – they’re super talented at what they do and always open to new ideas. This motivates me to be at my best too!
What’s the culture like at Wise?
We’re passionate, fair and restless in what we do and how we do it. We like to challenge the normal, learn from mistakes quickly and trust each other’s abilities. We believe this produces the best products for our clients and builds innovation at the same time.
What’s your favourite memory since working at Wise?
There’s no one memory in particular but my favourite times with the team is when we’re all out at a social having fun together, making each other laugh and getting wildly competitive!
