To help you maintain a clean and compliant system, we’ve introduced a new feature designed to help you identify and manage inactive profiles more efficiently.
Introducing: Dormant Flags
You will now see a Dormant flag next to names in your active driver list and on individual profiles. These flags identify users who:
- Have not been paid in over 60 days
- Have never been paid through the Wise system and have passed 60 days
Since drivers have a three-month window to raise a claim after being offboarded, starting this process as soon as they become inactive helps close that liability window sooner and reinforces compliance.
We encourage you to review your active driver list and offboard any users displaying the Dormant flag.
