We recently had the pleasure of hosting a ladies day event for our fabulous female clients.
For Wise, holding these types of events is crucial, we pride ourselves on being a people to people business, as it allows us to build on the relationships we have already developed with our clients, as well as getting to know them more in a social environment.
Morning at The Soak
We started the day at The Soak Restaurant & Bar in The Clermont Victoria Hotel, where everyone indulged in a fabulous array of buffet food and drinks. The morning was an opportunity to connect and network with our clients, gathering feedback, and also just getting to know them!
As the day continued, we headed over the road to the Apollo Theatre for an afternoon of Wicked. The theatre buzzed with excitement, and the show certainly lived up to its reputation.
International Women’s Day
With International Women’s Day being the day after our event, we wanted to put on an event that celebrated the many women who either run or own logistic businesses.
This year’s IWD theme was ‘inspire inclusion’, and our ladies day event embodied this by bringing together a diverse group of women in the logistics industry to share experiences, insights, and, most importantly, to have some fun!
