In our commitment to consistently deliver the best user experience, below we have summarised the latest updates to the Wise Platform and app.
Offboarded by…
When you view your inactive drivers list, you can now hover over the reason “offboarded” to see which user offboarded the driver. This does not apply to drivers who have been marked as a non-starter.
Depot Locations
We made a slight adjustment: the depot field in your Wise Platform is now referred to as “location”. This change aims to enhance our service quality and better cater to the diverse needs of all our customers. We also added a new deduction type to the deductions dropdown, called ‘Parcel Loss’, following feedback from MC’s.
Gross Invoices
In the Summaries bundle, you’ll now find a summary of all receivable invoices on each pay run (a driver will only show on this summary if they have deductions/receivable invoice) see examples below
The invoices that drivers receive have now been split into two:
- Payable invoice (driver income – from the driver to your DSP)
- Receivable invoice (charges to the driver – from your DSP to the driver)
The payments process remains the same, with deductions being taken from the driver wage before they are paid. This split has been done to assist you with your accounting needs.
Note, invoices where deductions exist have been backdated for any payrun and they will be generated at the point you request to download the pay file.
Missing payment details
We have made the ‘Missing payment details’ title clickable, allowing you to pull up a list of your drivers who have not provided their payment details, and therefore cannot be paid.
This update has been done to allow you to easily identify these drivers, helping you to improve your processes.
