Expiry hub

  • We’ve fixed the issue where offboarded drivers would still appear in the report.
  • The problem with sending updated evidence requests from the report has been resolved

Wise app

Drivers now have access to our new digital GP provider – should they need support signing up to this, please feel free to share the below with them:

  1. Head here to register. 
  2. Once registered you will be sent an email with your access code and invitation to download the 360 wellbeing app.
  3. Open your Wise app and click on the Digital GP tile 
  4. Click on the Online Appointment button
  5. Create an account with Health Hero (if you haven’t already done so) 

You only need to register once, every other time head directly to the 360 wellbeing app.

Please note, if the driver has not yet updated the Wise app, they will still find information about our old provider, but the URL link will send them to the new provider.
