Postcode look up
We have added a postcode look up feature to the Wise app, meaning whenever we ask a driver to add their address information, all they need to do is add their postcode and a dropdown list of addresses that match their postcode will appear.
We’ve done this to improve driver’s user experience by reducing time spent on admin tasks.
If, on rare occasions, the correct address is not displayed, drivers still have the ability to input their address manually.
Company look up
To ensure we are continually staying on top of compliance, we have made changes to the onboarding process for those who use a Limited Company.
When a driver selects “I have my own limited company”, they will see a field to add in their company number, along with a “look up” button. We then check this information with the Companies House, if the company number is valid, the Wise app will automatically return the information that they hold and add the needed information.
