Last week, some of the Wise team were in attendance at the Amazon Ignite Connect Expo in Bishopsgate, London.
It was a great couple of days where we got to meet so many current and future clients, gaining valuable insights throughout the event. At Wise, our clients are central to our business, so we cherish any opportunity we get to meet face-to-face to hear about their business functions and the challenges that they’re facing, especially in the lead-up to peak!
On the first day of the exhibition, Simon Keeves and Scott Horton from our Business Development Team proudly manned the Wise stand, connecting with Amazon Delivery Service Partners and demonstrating how Wise can save these business owners time, stress and money when engaging self-employed drivers.
On day two of the event our Chief Customer Officer, Tom Hills and Head of Compliance, Darryl Oung, were in attendance from Team Wise. We’re always looking at new ways in which we can support our ever-growing client base, so this was a really valuable occasion for us to hear first-hand feedback from business owners and directors on how we can continue to innovate to improve the self-employment experience within logistics. Tom and Darryl were also there to communicate the exciting new features that are coming soon to the Wise platform!
