Over the last eighteen months, we’ve gone through a really exciting expansion, bringing in some fantastic new team members and launching our revolutionary new Wise platform to the logistics industry.
However, as we grew the team, we were committed to retaining the inclusive, friendly, and positive culture that we’ve always championed. So, we recently put this culture to the test by partnering with Great Place To Work ™, a leading employer accreditation scheme, to assess our staff satisfaction and see how we could improve as an employer.
We’re delighted to share that following this extensive project we have achieved Great Place To Work accreditation, recognising us as an excellent employer fostering a positive culture within the workplace. As part of this, we achieved an overall employee satisfaction score of 89%!

This latest accolade comes off the back of our recent office move to our fresh, modern premises in the heart of Solihull… it has certainly been an exciting couple of weeks and there’s so much more to come!
