Did you know? You can update your personal information such as your address, national insurance number, payment details and more directly via the Wise app. There is no need to contact your main contractor or Wise!

Updating your address in the Wise app is easy. When you log in, tap on your profile picture in the bottom centre of the screen then navigate to personal details. From there you can either scroll to the address you need to update or scroll to the bottom to add a new address. Once your done, tap save! 

From the home screen, tap on your profile picture and the from there jus ttap payment details. Simply update the information and save!

To submit your UTR number, simply login to the Wise app, tap on your profile picture to open up your account details, and select ‘VAT details’. Here, you should find the field called ‘Unique Tax Reference’ (UTR).

You can submit your National Insurance number in the personal details section of the Wise app. Just tap your profile picture.

Accessing your profile

Accessing your profile is simple, just log into the Wise app and tap on your profile picture which can be found in the centre of the bottom menu. From here you can select either: Personal Details, or Payment Details.

Personal Details

If you need to update your name, date of birth, address, profile picture or contact details. These can be found in your personal details.

Payment Details

To update payment or tax details such as bank name, account number, sort code or UTR number, these can be found under banking/tax details.

Please be aware: Changes could take up to 2 days to complete.
