Download Audit Packs
Each member of your workforce has their own profile in the Wise Portal containing all the information requested. In the financial tab of their profile, all previous invoices are available to download for audit purposes.

The Wise App and Portal work together to provide transparency on completed work and expected payments, allowing drivers to resolve any issues directly with Contractors, in addition to providing a system to regulate deductions.

Make sure your contracts and policies are compliant
Our compliance team are on hand to audit your contracts and policies making sure you onboard your workforce in a complaint manner. If issues are found with your contracts or policies, or you require a new one, our compliance team will provide you with one for free.
Expiring & Re-uploading Evidences
When a drivers evidence is within 28 days of expiring, you will be alerted in your Wise Platform. Within our Expiry Hub, you can request an updated version. This will notify your drivers, who can then re-upload their evidence via the Wise app. You will also receive a notification to let you know when it’s been submitted and ready for your approval.
Improved driver wellbing
This feature ensures that every ten months, your workers will be notified automatically via their app and will receive an email requesting that they resign a new SLA as stated in their contract.
Downloadable audit packs
Having free unlimited storage on the Wise Platform allows you to have all important driver information stored in one place. The Wise Platform configures this information in a way which allows you to download and send audit packs quickly and easily.
