My driver needs help.

The system automatically sends an invite email to the driver which contains the registration link. If they have not received this email, please first check to make sure that their correct email has been entered. If they are still having problems, you can provide the driver with their access code to download the app which can be found on their profile page. It is the six-digit access code below their name.

There could be a few reasons your driver is stuck in their application.


  • Has all their evidence been approved? 
  • Have you marked them as ‘passed’ on their induction?


All documents must be signed by the driver and all evidence submitted must be approved by the DSP for the driver to progress in their application
