You will typically be introduced to our payments team a couple of weeks prior to your first payment through us.
If you wanted to speak to a member of the payments team prior to this, please go to our “Contact us” button on this knowledge base and send our ‘Head of Payments’ a message directly.
You should have been sent one, as we will always send a copy to you before we update it on the system. If you can not find it, please ask for a copy from your Account Manager.
Your account manager will create this for you as you’re setting up on the system. If you need to make any changes to this, simply contact your Account Manager.
