The Dunstable-based delivery firm struggled with documentation and authentication requirements, particularly relating to DVLA, and were looking to cut down on their admin relating to their subcontractors whilst improving efficiency.

As the delivery firm continues to go from strength to strength, taking the fear out of compliance, improving its onboarding process and subcontractor communications means that they have an operating advantage moving forwards.

The Bedfordshire-based firm has drastically reduced its admin time and improved its onboarding process for new subcontractors, with the delivery firm now working with 60 self-employed delivery drivers.
