We have made an improvement to the ‘Limited Company look up’ feature that drivers use when they are onboarding.
We will now be checking the status of the Ltd Company and only allowing users with an ‘active’ status’ to continue onboarding.
If a company number is entered which is no longer active or it has been dissolved etc they need to go back and enter the correct number to be able to proceed.
Why?
We have done this to help minimise mistakes that are being made when drivers enter incorrect or old company numbers. We now are able to provide you with an extra level of validation and confidence around the data that is being entered by the driver.
