Reduce time by automating expiring notifications.
Previously, when you received an expiring evidence notification regarding a driver’s documents in your Wise Portal, you needed to manually request that your driver reupload a new document.
Now, our latest update allows you to request an updated copy with a simple click of a button. This will send a notification to your drivers, who can then re-upload their evidence via the Wise app.
Say goodbye to chasing drivers for up-to-date documents, as you can now seamlessly request them through the Wise Platform.
Remove manual follow-ups
When a driver has re-submitted the updated document, you will receive a notification in your Wise Portal alerting you of this change. This is where you will approve or decline the document, ensuring it aligns with the requested criteria.
Stay on top of compliance
This new update helps you stay on top of your business compliance, ensuring that your drivers only work with you if they have the correct and up-to-date information.
Important note
Evidence management has now become an ongoing engagement task, meaning that evidence approval has now been moved to the engagements tab in the drivers’ profile.
