What does your day-to-day work look like?

Day-to-day, I lead all public-facing communications from the Marketing Team. This covers everything from public relations, social media, lead generation, and a number of other areas where we work closely with our partners and agencies.

It’s great to work somewhere where the commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance is led from the very top of the business. Also, you’re able to feel part of a wider team that are all genuinely working towards a collective goal.

How have you grown professionally since working at Wise?

I’ve been with Wise for nearly two years, and in that time, the company has been on an incredible growth trajectory. Luckily, as we’ve grown, this has given me a chance to take on so many projects outside of my background and comfort zone – which I’m massively grateful for.

What’s your favourite memory since working at Wise?

Professionally, leading the annual Great Place To Work™ campaigns within Wise has been really rewarding – a lot of time and effort goes into these every single year, so that would have to be number one.

However, seven-balling our Sales Director at pool would have to be a close second…sorry, Scott!
