What is your role at Wise?
Customer Success Team Lead
What does your day-to-day work look like?
I am the point of contact for a number of clients; my role is to build strong relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are getting the most from Wise.
What’s the culture like at Wise?
The culture is fantastic; everyone here works towards the same goal, ideas and opinions are valued, and everyone is heard.
What’s special about working at Wise?
The people! We have a great atmosphere in the office; everyone is willing to help.
Have you grown professionally since working at Wise?
Working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment has increased my ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects at once.
What’s your favourite memory since working at Wise?
Our last client event-Indoor skydiving with a number of our clients from around the country.
